DTH Bit Reconditioning Services
- Sharpening and/or replacement of carbide inserts
- Bit face and body reconditioning to restore optimal drilling efficiency
- Structural integrity checks using magnetic particle inspection (MPI)
- Final concentricity and QC check with rust inhibitor applied
Available for bits up to 48″ in diameter.
DTH Hammer Repair Services
- Full disassembly, cleaning and inspection of all components for wear analysis
- Wear analysis drives replacement of internal wear parts (piston, cylinder, seals, etc.)
- Factory-trained technicians reassemble and performance test as final QC check
- Support for all major brands of DTH hammers
